Since our inception in Hassi Messaoud in 1990, OSCO has evolved from a local operational support provider into a preeminent, multi-disciplinary partner across North Africa and the Middle East’s energy sectors.

Over more than three decades of continuous growth—spanning strategic hubs in Hassi Messaoud, Algiers, Adrar, and the UAE—our journey has been defined by technical precision, operational agility, and an unyielding commitment to safety.

From securing foundational partnerships with industry giants like Sonatrach to pioneering technical milestones as Algeria’s first LEEA-certified entity, we have consistently elevated standards across upstream and downstream services.

Our Journey

1990

Established operations specializing in manpower services, catering, and security protection in Hassi Messaoud.

1995

Expanded services to include comprehensive base maintenance solutions.

1998

Opened a regional office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to support international operations.

1999

Secured first major contract with Sonatrach Groupement, marking a milestone partnership.

2002

Awarded inaugural contract with a prominent drilling services company.

2004

Launched company annex in Algiers to enhance service delivery.

2005

Expanded footprint with the opening of a new annex in Skikda.

2007

Entered the exploration sector with the first contract in this domain.

2011

Commenced drilling operations in Adrar with significant contract acquisition.

2013

Inaugurated OSCO's new office building in Algiers.

2014

Established state-of-the-art headquarters in Hassi Messaoud, spanning over 2,300 m².

2015

Secured contracts in Illizi and neighboring regions, specializing in mud logging and drilling support services.

2017

Implemented SAP Business One company-wide to streamline operations and data management.

2018

Achieved ISO 9001:2017 certification; established Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) department; onboarded first expatriate professionals.

2019

Obtained ministerial approval for APG/V services from the Ministry of Mines and Energy.

2021

Certified under ISO 17020, underscoring commitment to inspection standards.

2024

Achieved prequalification by the ARH, granting us official status as a bureau d'expertise.

2025First Half

Awarded ministerial agreement for CND services, further extending technical capabilities.

2025Second Half

Opened new OSCO office in Adrar, expanding regional operations.
